How Are Your Products Shipped? We use the 24-72 hour Speed Post and FedEx Express global
delivery service for our shipping because it is Reliable, Guaranteed,
Efficient, Traceable and Insurable. Unfortunately, we cannot assume
responsibility for shipping errors related to wrong shipping addresses,
customs delays and agreements reached between the
buyer and FedEx to forgo a signature on delivery.
Shipping and Insurance? All orders are shipped from India via the
guaranteed Speed Post and FedEx global delivery service at the
discounted rate. In accordance with our insurance company, all jewelry
items have to be shipped in jewelry boxes to prevent damages. An insurance charge
(0.3% to 3% approx.) will be applied to each jewelry item. These charges
will be added onto the final cost and are there to protect you! Please note
that the charges are mandatory and not refundable. Sapphire
International accepts no responsibility for shipping errors related to
incorrect shipping addresses, customs delays & agreements reached between
the buyer & courier service to forgo the provision of a signature
on delivery.
Can I Get Items Shipped To My PO Box
Address? Yes. But its not recommend For your
security, Courier Service requires a physical (street) address for
door- to-door delivery. But upon proper confirmation from the customer we send
at their PO Box Address.
What About Customs Charges? For
small quantity we send the items as duty free items but for larger
quantity you may be charged import duties and taxes that are levied once a
shipment reaches your country. Customs clearance charges are your
responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what
they will be. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, please
contact your local customs office for further information. Please Note: If a
shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges you will be
responsible for any fees incurred.
